“Those who can’t do, teach”

This stupid sentence has been ringing in my ears for quite some time. I felt like I’ve got the knowledge and skills that I would love to share with the world and that could help some other photographers and videographers build a business that would make them feel happy and fulfilled and excited and content and proud and thrilled and even more happy. But this saying and also a bit of my ADHD held me back.

So it took for my photographer friend Nastia to refer to me as the ‘queen of hybrid shooting’ for me to realise that I really have something that I can share with the world and make a lot of people’s lives much better.
Let’s face it, having your own business is never going to be easy - but it should be worth the hardship. It should be fun. It should allow you to be comfortable. You should be proud, you should feel like you know what are you doing ( at least some of the time, I still wing plenty of things myself - don’t tell anyone )
You shouldn’t be constantly exhausted, burnt out, scared etc - if you hate the job and you work 20 hours a day, 7 days a week, it’s just not right.

Some of you OGs would remember, that I went through some of the shitter time myself. I wanted to give up - seriously I was so close to giving up so many times. Before covid I was crying to my friends that I never want to shoot a wedding again. Boy, was I so wrong, I just had to learn how to set boundaries, value myself, and start loving my job again.

I promise - I can relate. I made a lot of mistakes, so you don’t have to. I believe that I was put on this Earth to help others. One part of that is and forever will be the smiles I see on my couple’s faces when they see their wedding photos and wedding films. The other part is here - and it is helping other people get confident, and get happy with their work and build a photography and videography business that they will enjoy running and which will give them time to enjoy life outside work too.

It’s not going to be easy, there’s no magic formula. I am from Central Europe - so I will be blunt. I will have you working hard, but sooner or later you will start seeing results.

These are the things I can definitely help you with:
🎃Hybrid Photo and Video shooting on your own
🎃How to build an authentic brand that is truly you - and attracts couples that will LOVE spending their big day with you and you with them
🎃Editing
🎃Shooting
🎃Posing
🎃Marketing
🎃Workflows
🎃How to find your style / ideal client / voice
🎃How to work through money blocks
🎃How to build authentic relationships with your clients
🎃… And so much more

Those of you who will choose to work with me as your mentor, will have an option to come with me to a wedding to see how I work in real life scenario too.

I will also be choosing my second shooters and associate shooters only from people I have mentored, because that way I know that they will do a stellar job and get the things done in the way I am used to.

Also as recently diagnosed ADHD person, please if you’re neurodivergent, please, come talk to me. Having your own business is a hard job for anyone, but it’s just so much more difficult for those of us who have their brains working against them. I have done it all for years without my diagnosis. I have done it since my diagnoses. I can’t tell you that I am an ADHD coach, I really am not, but I do know which tips and tricks really work for my brain and can help yours too.
